What is a Referral Agency?
A domestic referral agency (DRA) is a platform that helps connect professional care providers and clients looking for domestic services in the comfort of their homes. Services such as light housekeeping, meal prep, toilet or commode assist, fall risk, errands, etc. DRA's do not employ any of the care providers on its registry.
We don't offer employment. As a DRA, we ensure you meet our qualifications in order to be added to our registry.
You must have:

An active HCA account (Link)

A current TB test

A minimum of 3 years of professional caregiving experience

A recent Covid19 test result
How does it work?
Once you are registered, as an independent care provider you can bid on any of the clients on our platform looking for service.
You can set your own rates and weekly availability.
You get to choose which clients are the best fit for you.
Each Friday we collect all completed invoices, and once clients have verified, you will recover your payment via direct deposit typically in two business days.
End of each year, you will receive a 1099 tax form to file for your taxes.
