Letter from our CFO (COVID-19)

Hello from Caring Companions, First and foremost, we hope this finds you and your loved ones well.

As information about COVID-19 (Coronavirus) continues to evolve quickly, the health and well-being of our clients and their families, and the home care service providers remains our number one priority.

We know that caring for our aging loved ones in these times is now more difficult than ever.

We are following up with care providers to take strong precautionary measures and to keep up with the evolving guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) which is key to managing and lowering risks for everyone, and most especially for our seniors.

We anticipate seniors who are coming out of the hospital, urgent care, skilled nursing and other rehab facilities due to a number of factors or illnesses in addition to the coronavirus, will need non-medical home care services. Please know that short-term, long-term, and 24 hour home care services are available

If you, someone you know or are assisting is already having home care services with a different agency, we are happy to review their current invoices and see if we can offer a lower rate during these challenging economic times.

With the increasing demand on our healthcare system, affordable and trusted private pay agencies providing home services are an increasingly important resource for seniors who want to live at home. It remains equally important to remain committed to improving the quality of everyday life for our seniors.

For anyone faced with an urgent home care need, we are here on the front lines and ready to help. Please feel free to reach out to us. We will assist anyone who needs non-medical home care services to get connected with the right home care service providers. Thank you for your ongoing confidence, and trust in our agency.

Take care and be well,

Farhad “Freddy” Yamoutpour, CFO
